You don’t have to tear up your bathroom to make decorating changes. Redecorating your bathroom can be a simple weekend project that will leave you with some extra money and a new sense of style. Replace mirrors: It’s amazing how different a bathroom can look with a new mirror. If your medicine cabinet is outdated, consider replacing it with something simple, like a wood framed mirror.. Still have those pea-green walls? Painting the walls another color can drastically change the mood of your bathroom. Try watery blues or greens to give it a spa look. If you hesitate to use too much color, stick with neutral colors with names like: oyster, almond or biscuit.. Change your faucet. A new shape or finish can make a drastic improvement you’ll enjoy every day. You may want to get new hardware for your other fixtures as well. Today, mixing metals is perfectly acceptable as a design statement. You might benefit from a new countertop if your vanity is still in good condition. Formed laminate and backsplash countertop units install easily and quickly. Try one-piece countertops or marble Click here for Instant Recognition

Use the Power of Patience You can handle most problems because you know that only a little time stands between you and your goal. It may take twenty calls to make a sale. Be patient. It might take you five attempts to quit smoking or lose weight. It might take ten applications to get the job you really want. The point is that you try and keep trying until you succeed. Most people quit too soon. Be persistent. Be patient. Concentrate on your major goal until you have achieved it. It is not what you did yesterday. It is not what you may be doing today. It is what you are prepared to do every day.

Question: What is the difference between a home warranty and a hazard insurance policy? Answer: Don’t confuse a home warranty with a hazard insurance policy. A HBW VI SM warranty repairs or replaces covered items that fail on their own, such as plumbing, heating, electrical and air conditioning. Your hazard insurance only takes care of items damaged by fires, wind, or other covered disasters.
